Watching the Athens Wildfires

The Athens wildfires have devastated much of the countryside, but what we find most interesting is the speed in which NASA provided satellite imagery to Greece to help that government effort track wildfire patterns:

Once the ashes settle, and the corrosion begins, we wonder if the citizens of Athens will be grateful for the heavenly NASA surveillance — or if they will be more uncomfortable in knowing the Gods on Mount Olympus are not immortals, but rather mechanicals and made of metal and Panopticonic lenses and solar panels that float above them, recording their every movement, and reporting it all back to the USA?
